Return Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Exceptions may be made only in the case of shipping damage or craftsmanship issues reported within 30 days of delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a craftsmanship issue, please contact us within 30 days with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and damage. We will review the issue and, when approved, offer a replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

Please note that handmade ceramics may include slight variations in size, shape, glaze, color, texture, and finish. These natural differences are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
